Refund policy
Returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We accept returns on regular price orders within 14 days from the day of the delivery date according to USPS/UPS tracking. It has to be shipped back to us within 14 days from you receiving it. Customer pays to have item sent back to us. Returns have to be done through the website; they can't be brought to the store. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped. If an item is sent back to us that doesn't qualify for a return; customer will pay to have it shipped back to them. Items must be unworn and unwashed. They must not have any make up stains, deodorant stains or perfume stains. They must not smell of smoke or perfume, etc. Please allow 10 days for your in store credit to process.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. If there is any damage to the shoe box we will not be able to process your return and the shoes will be shipped back to you at your cost.
Sale items, gift items, handbags, jewelry, shapewear, swimwear, bras, bralettes, hair accessories and hats are final sale. These items are non refundable and will not be accepted for in store credit and will be sent back to you at your expense.
