These upcycled bags are made from left over material from the leather industry. The recycled leather is individually processed into individual bags. Each bag has its unique color and texture; it is rare you will ever find two alike.
In upcycling waste products are converted into new products. Some pockets may have minor imperfections and slight discoloration; this reflects the character of the recycling and the goal of saving raw materials. This is what makes each piece unique.
